The Vancouver Chinatown Business Improvement Area Society (VCBIA) and the City of Vancouver announced today the largest summer multicultural festival to take place in Vancouver’s historic Chinatown.  The 11th Vancouver Chinatown Festival will take place on August 14 and 15, 2010, from 12 Noon – 10:00 pm (Saturday) and 12– 6:00 pm (Sunday), on 500-block Columbia Street and 100-block Keefer Street.
